Day 18 - Food Log

Breakfast - Fiber One bar (9 fib) & fruit (1 f/v, 2 fib)
snack - Banana (1 f/v, 3 fib)
Lunch - soup (1 fib), nachos (2 fib), carrot sticks (1 f/v, 1 fib) & tangerines (1 f/v, 1 fib)
Dinner - Quesadilla on whole wheat tortilla (2 fib) & soynuts (2 fib)

Fiber = 23 gr.
Fruits = 3
Vegies = 1
Water = 8+ glasses

Walk 1 hour
