Day 14 - Food Log

Breakfast - Fiber One cereal (19 fib) & Banana (1 f/v, 3 fib)
snack - grapes (1/2 f/v, 1/2 fib)
Lunch - chicken salad (2 f/v) and tortilla chips     
snack - blueberries (1 f/v, 2 fib)
Dinner - fish, salad (1 f/v) and whole wheat Spaghetti (3 fib)  

Fiber = 26.5 gr.
Fruits = 2.5
Vegies = 3
Water = 8+ glasses
