Day 10 - Food Log

Breakfast - Fiber One Bar (9 fib) & Kiwi (8 fib, 2 f/v)
Lunch - Ham & Cheese sandwich (4 fib), carrot sticks (2 fib, 1 f/v)
Snack - Fiber One Bar (9 fib)
Dinner - Mexican Pizza, homemade & cauliflour (1 f/v)  

Fiber = 32 gr.
Fruits = 2
Vegies = 2
Water = 8 glasses

Walk - 30 min.
