Day 17 - Food Log

Breakfast - Fiber One cereal (19 fib) & grapes (1 f/v, 1 fib)
snack - Cantaloupe (1 f/v, 2 fib)
Lunch - chicken salad (2 f/v), tortilla chips  
snack - blueberries (1 f/v, 2 fib)
Dinner - Fiber One Bar (9 fib), Lunchmeat wrapped in cheese & tortilla chips  

Fiber = 33+ gr.
Fruits = 3
Vegies = 2
Water = 8+ glasses
