Breakfast - Fiber One cereal w/ milk (13 fib)
Banana (3 fib, 1 f/v)
Snack - Sweet peppers stuffed with cheese & marinara dip (1 f/v)
Lunch - Whole wheat spaghetti (4 fib)
5 carrot sticks (1.5 fib, 1 f/v)
Snack - 1 c. of peaches (1 fib, 1 f/v)
Fiber One Bar (9 fib)
Dinner - 2 corn tortilla quesidillas
handful of tortilla chips w/ salsa
handful of grapes (1 f/v)
Fiber = 31 gr.+
Fruits = 3
Vegies = 2
Water = 8+ glasses
After dinner I realized I had a lot of carbs today, but they were all whole grain. So within the rules.
