Daily Food Log

Breakfast - Pear & banana (2 fr, 5 fib)
Snack - fiber one bar (5 fib) & kiwi (1 fr, 3 fib)
Lunch - 1/2 Tuna sandwich on whole wheat bread (3 fib) & carrots (1 v, 1.5 fib) & popcorn (6 fib)
Dinner - Passover meal
Fiber - 23.5gr.
Fruit - 3
Vegies - 1
Water - 80 ounces

  1. Had some popcorn after I posted. Didn't eat much of the passover meal, so I was still hungry.
