Daily Food Log

Breakfast - whole wheat bagel w/ cream cheese (7 fib) & banana (1 fr, 3 fib)
Snack - Banana (1 fr, 3 fib), fiber one bar (9 fib) & cheese
Lunch - ham and cheese roll ups
Snack - fiber one bar (9 fib)
Dinner - whole wheat spaghetti (5 fib), whole wheat bread (3 fib) & carrots (2 v, 3 fib)


Fiber - 42gr.
Fruit - 2
Vegies - 2
Water - 80unces
