Daily Food Log

Breakfast - Fiber One cereal (19 fib) & Banana (1 f/v, 3 fib)
Snack - banana (1 f/v, 3 fib) & fiber one bar (9 fib)
Lunch -  none
Snack - tortilla chips (1 fib) & popcorn (3 Fib)
Dinner - turkey meatloaf, salad (2 f/v), carrots (1f/v, 2 fib), mashed potatoes & strawberries (1 f/v)

Fiber = 40gr.
Fruits = 3
Vegies = 3
Water = 48 ounces
