Daily Food Log

Breakfast - Fiber One cereal (19 fib)
Snack - apple (1 fr, 2 fib) & tortilla chips (4 fib)
Lunch - baked beans (3 fib) & 2 turkey hot dogs
Snack - oreo cookies & 4 graham crackers
Dinner - pasta w/ cheese sauce (3 fib) & ground turkey meat



Fiber - 31gr.
Fruit - 1
vegies - 0
water - 75 ounces
