Daily Food Log

Breakfast - Fiber one cereal (19 fib) & Banana (1 fr, 3 fib)
Snack - Apple slices (1 fr, 2 fib)
Lunch - whole wheat pasta (2 fib) & tortilla chips (2 fib)
Snack - sunflower seeds
Dinner - turkey meat quesadilla (3 fib), corn (1 v, 2 fib) & tortilla chips

Fiber - 33gr.
fruits - 2
veggies - 1
water - 80 ounces

exercise - walk 45 min
