Breakfast - none
Snack - fiber one bar (5 fib) & peanuts
Lunch - none
snack - tortilla chips (2 fib)
Dinner -baked chicken, salad (1v), tortilla chips (2 fib) & apple slices (1/2 fr)

Fiber - 9 gr.
fruits - 1/2
veggies - 1
water - 39 ounces
