Daily Food Log

Breakfast - Fiber One cereal (19 fib) & banana (1 fr, 3 fib)
Snack - popcorn (4 fib)
Lunch - none
Snack - Tortilla chips (2 fib)
Dinner - turkey burger on whole wheat bun (3 fib), tortilla chips (2 fib) & corn (1 v, 2 fib)


Fiber - 35gr.
Fruit - 1
Vegies - 1
Water - 64 ounces

walk - 1 hour
