Snack - popcorn (2 fib)
Lunch - chicken/bacon sandwich w/ vegies (1v, 6 fib) & popcorn (2 fib)
Dinner - 4 slices of pizza



Fiber - 16 gr.
Fruit - 3
vegies - 1
water - 80 ounces
