Daily Food Log

Breakfast - Fiber One cereal (19 fib) & banana (1 fr, 3 fib)
Snack - pear (1 fr, 2 fib) & tortilla chips (2 fib)
Lunch - hot & spicy chicken sandwich & french fries
Snack - apple (1 fr, 2 fib)
Dinner - lima beans (2 v, 3 fib)


Fiber - 31gr.
Fruit - 3
Vegies - 2
Water - 80 ounces
