Daily Food Log

Breakfast - Fiber one cereal (19 fib) & Banana (1 fr, 3 fib)
Snack - Apple (1 fr, 2 fib) & tortilla chips (2 fib)
Lunch - none
Dinner - 2 quesadillas (12 fib), tortilla chips (2 fib) & bacon

Fiber - 40 gr.
fruits - 2
veggies - 0
water - 65ounces
