Daily Food Log

Breakfast - Two pieces of whole wheat toast (6 fib), banana (1 fr, 3 fib)
Snack - tortilla chips (3 fib)
Lunch - small piece of cheese calzone
Dinner - 1 pancake, eggs and sausage



Fiber - 12 gr.
Fruit - 1
vegies - 0
water - 52ounces
