Daily Food Log
Breakfast - Fiber One cereal (19 fib)
Lunch - salad (2 v, 4 fib)
Snack - oreo cookies, apple slices (1/2 fr, 1 fib), tortilla chips (4 fib), & popcorn (1 fib)
Dinner - none
Fiber - 29 gr.
Fruit - 1/2
vegies - 2
water - 26 ounces
