Daily Food Log
Breakfast - 1 graham cracker & ban (1 fr, 3 fib)
snack - apple (1 fr, 2fib), tomatoes (1 fr) & graham crackers (2 fib)
Lunch - general tsao chicken & fried rice
Fiber - 7 gr.
Fruit - 3
vegies - 0
water - 65 ounces
