Daily Food Log

Breakfast - Fiber One cereal (19 fib) & apple (1 fr, 2 fib)
Snack - apple (1 fr, 2 fib), tomatoes (1 fr) & 2 strawberries (1/2 fr)
Lunch - hot & spicy chicken sandwich on white bun & french fries
Dinner - none


Fiber - 23 gr.
Fruit - 3.5
vegies - 0
water - 70 ounces
